Prayer for Salvation
We are not perfect people, but Jesus Christ is perfect. All of us have sinned, and fallen short of the glory of God. However, the difference here is that Jesus Christ is a perfect Savior, who knows exactly what we all stand daily in need of. Therefore, consider Romans 10:9-10: 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
If you have come into the realization that you need a Savior please say:
“Lord Jesus, I know that I have not lived a life that I am proud of. Please forgive me of my sins and come and live within me. I believe with all my heart that God have raised You from the dead, and I now receive You as my Lord and Savior; forever. Please let the Holy Spirit teach me to walk in the footsteps of my Savior. Thank you for eternal life with You.”
